In this post I'll upgrade the Oracle RDBMS and Database from version 10204 to 11203 in RAC. As per 1358166.1, there is no pre-patch required if the timezone is 4.
Before proceeding make sure that CRS is up and running on all the nodes. Shutdown all the node instance.
